106 and park need to change their goddam stage and format. that stage has looked the same since that show came on cable like 5 years ago. same pics, same graphic design when the cut to a video or commercial break, and the same old goddam couch.

at least mtv changes their format every couple of years so you don't get bored lookin at the same background and television graphic designs.
