Judge: R. Kelly Can Go To Grammys, But Avoid Michael Jackson

A judge in Chicago has given singing star R. Kelly permission to travel to Los Angeles to attend next month's Grammy Awards -- but he can't associate with Michael Jackson.

Kelly faces child pornography charges, and Jackson is charged in a child molestation case.

Judge Vincent Gaughan issued the order in Chicago on Monday.

A spokesman for Cook County prosecutors says the judge's order allows Kelly to leave Chicago by bus Wednesday.

After the Feb. 8 awards ceremony, the order calls for Kelly to be back in Chicago by Feb. 18.

That's illegal as fuck.  They're both supposedly presumed innocent under the law until they're convicted, but yet aren't allowed to associate with other people assumed innocent under the law.  I'd sue the motherfucker for everything he and his county owned.  :)

That ain't right but, shit. The judge is looking out for the best interest of both men. Neither one of them should associate with eachother until they are done with the trials if they had any sense.
