Out of those, I would say Crooked I. The Game has been around for a while, he's only blown up because of his G Unit/Aftermath affiliation, I see the Game is all over the new G Unit songs, at least he gives back tot he hood, CPT. Crooked I got his name out there himself. . .

Crooked I is better by far. Sly is better as well. Roscoe, I mean it depends on your taste, I'd rather hear Roscoe's style, but the game has better punchlines and all. Game is better than Knoc, and lyrically better than Dr. Stank but I like Stank's style and voice better.
