naw, first time dui, if u don't crash and hurt someone it won't be a felony.  if he just got pulled over and didn't pass the breathalizer no way it will be a felony.  even a chance it could get changed to a wet and wreckless.

Aight koo then. I told the stupid ass I'd come pick him up if he wasn't gonna stay at the guy's house that night. He left anyways. He just turned 18 like 3 weeks ago too so I thought he was fucked.....well he's still fucked, but at least his record ain't messed up.

He wasn't driving fast either, he just didn't turn his lights on lol

damn that crazy.... in my county.. if you get caught.. you have to pay the ticket ... and if you get sentence to DUI classes.. those can run anywhere from 20-26 bucks.. a class session.... they run from.. 6 months to 18 months.. court mandated ... so you have to go.. and pay.... or they can throw your drunk as in jail ... there is first and 2nd offenders..

mannn it all depends.....but yur friend gone get off easy sikotic, license suspended and possibly a fine....no worries.........

My buddy got a DUI and all he has to do is take AA classes once a week and pay a big fine. He was in jail maybe 2 hours and they released him. After 5 years it's eliminated from your driving and criminal record.

Now if you get a second DUI in a 5 year period or you cause an accident or kill somebody, then you're really fucked.

man my friend stacked two Dui's on top of each before he even reached the legal age limit of 21 to drink. so hes FUCKED. got like 360 hours of comm service, and a shitload of fines and no driving for couple years.

I got a cousin thats only 16. He took my other cousins Z4 beemer, drove it up two blocks and ran it through a house. Now the kid can't drive til he's 21 plus he's being sued because the insurance isn't gonna cover the $40,000 in damages.

Now how fuckin' stupid do you gotta be?
