I dunno I always took the line as being "Its hiphop, strong or not, this is rap basketball, stats are all you got" which would mean that hes not talking about basketball stats, but any kind of stats, if you see what I mean. Hes talking about the rap game being like a game of basketball, and saying that peeps have got the skills in theory but he ain't seeing in on the court, i.e. in their songs.
