Title: Terrell Owens Under Contract for 3 More Years with 49ERS

Since TO's agent missed the deadline to file the papers that would've voided the last 3 years of Owens' contract, TO is still under contract and is no longer a FA. Meaning that San Fran will trade him or cut him becasue he's burned pretty much all the bridges in SF, and especially with Jeff Garcia.
