Title: the best of 2pac's posthumus releases
Post by: NobodyButMe on March 09, 2004, 06:26:47 AM
i personally voted for 2pac and the outlawz, it's a close call with 'r u still down', but the outlawz ripped it on that one

They have all been pretty average, probably have to go for the one with the Outlawz, although I traded all these albums in ages ago.

Still I Rise was my immediate choice, but then I went with R U Still Down just cause it sounds most like I imagine Pac would have wanted it to... tracks are less 'fucked with' <-- that's a technical term, y'all ;)

^^ that one was finished before his death so i wouldn't call it a posthumous release

Still I Rise

exactly. plus, if that one was on this list, not even one of the other releases would have gotten a single vote  ;D

Damn...Still I Rise was weak as fuck. Resurrection had the best tracs on it but I don't really count it. I'ma go with R U Still Down.

i would say Until The End Of Time or Still I Rise...they are tied in my book but i voted for UTEOT because it had more dope tracks imo....i dunno why ressurection is even on there...yeah its a posthumous 2pac release but 90% of the stuff on there is old stuff.

when still i rise came out, i didn't even know that anyone fucked with the tracks, i just assumed they were the originals cuz i never even knew that there were so many other versions so that's why that one sticks out for me...
