I sampled a coo melodie and I want to add a baseline so I can make it a hiphop beat but I dunno how so.. can anyone recommend any program with which u can do that..?

a friend told me there's a program (the name has something to do with "hiphop dj" i think) where alotta samples are available and u can put em together the way u want it or something.. anybody who knows such a program and where to download it?
