Alright, plan and simple, Kobe did not rape the girl. He had no motive to do so. Let's take a second to think, why would Kobe pick out some girl to rape...Kobe's rich and could probably get any damn girl he wants...why rape some girl? I think the girl probably seduced Bryant, got the sex she wanted, then told the police she was raped by Bryant...on the other hand she is blonde...I don't know how she would have been capable of this genius plan...lol jk...anyway, she had a motive here....she wanted to fuck a rich and famous black guy...oh and did I mention, she wouldn't mind suing for some extra cash...she has all the motives to fuck him here....Bryant had no motive to rape her....anyway thats just my two cents...

Kobe's lawyer never offered her any money, that was a bullshit rumor...She's attempted suicide twice, and had sex with another guy the day after he "raped" her...Anyone who knows law knows damn well that her case doesn't hold any weight... ::)

She was offered money. And it doesn't matter who she slept before or after Kobe because if she told Kobe no than no means know it doesn't matter her history, since she said no that time.

She was not offered money. Kobe's attorney made this clear in a statement which they claimed they wouldn't offer her money to settle the suit...She never said no, they had consensual sex...When a girl is raped, she is usually in shock, and is in no state of mind to have sex the next day...Come on dude, it's common sense.

At least until the trail is under way you can't say one way or another whether he's guilty or not guilty. And in time there's a good chance that you'll have to face facts that your hero might be going to jail.

the reason kobe's lawyers pointed out that she had sex a day before and a day after kobe's encounter is because the D.A claimed she had some vaginal tears after the encouter with kobe. This is their only evidence against kobe..no witnesses, nobody heard anything etc.. The defense has proof of 3 other guys semen from her dirty underwear also sperm was located on her inner thigh and neck area, sperm doesnt last more than a couple of days...so kobe's team is challenging the colorado rape shield law and they have been successfull so for. This is just a he-say/she-say case and you french moron dribbler havent heard of "Innocent of a crime until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt" ? ::) thats all the jury looks for in a trial 8).
