this is a hard one i'mma have to think about it but i definatly would not say seinfeld i have never found him particularly funny.

for having their own show does it have to be a comedy or just any show for example Alan Davies is a good stand  up comedian but does serious shows like Jonathan Creek

Bill Cosby

Jamie Fox's show was pretty funny

Chappelle is right up there with them.
