Title: NBA 2004: MVP, Coach, 6th Man & Rookie of the Year
Post by: 7even on April 18, 2004, 07:37:32 PM
My opinion:

MVP: Kevin Garnett - no contest imo.. leading the league in points and rebounds.. raw.

Coach: Rick Carlisle - achieved the best NBA/ABA record ever.. only 21 losses.. in the east.. props.

6th Man: Antawn Jamison - the Player who sometimes scores more than the whole opposing bench all together.. sick.

Rookie: Tie: LeBron James & Carmello Anthony.. both deserve it, both should get it, period.

mvp - kevin garnett
coach of the year - hubie brown or stan van gundy.  the heat were supposed to suck an there a 4th seed.  grranted they play in the east but still they werent even supposed to make the playoffs

It's already known that Kevin Garnett is winning the MVP...They already had all the votes in for a while, and everything...They just didn't officially announce it yet.

I guess that's just your lakerish opinion.. he improved too, but cmon Zach had an extremely effect on his team, making more than twice as many points per game etc.

I wonder if Portland made the Playoffs? Slava stepped up big time when Malone was injured.

Yea, Zach Randolph definitely deserves it. But I also think Medvadenko improved hella...He played as many minutes in game 2 as he did in all of his previous playoff games combined...Put him on Portland, and I guarantee he'd be one of their top players.
