Living off of fear, always seeing bad things
In the end, this ultimately leads to sadness
I have this madness a loved one's absence
Results in tears, the tears are massive
Negative outlook, this is my mind-state
The media portrays it, expanding the crime rate
I'm standing on my faith, as my pupils dilate
Eyeballs consuming in all of what's my hate
Lost control of emotion, my soul is just folding
Escaping my body, if only could hold it
They say it's all in your mind, everything's psychological
Life is a maze, every sin is an obstacle
It’s possible, but I don't believe that a hospital
Could charge a child to live, the scream is inaudible
God is cold, but this is America for ya
That’s why I live in the puzzle of paranoia

since tha pigs took me up tha hill 2 a lonely scene
ever since I started makin some illegal green
started off wit slangin that illegal green
moved up to snow white and everything in between
ever since this bitch kathleen left me clean
puppy love is confusing, I really thought she was my queen
barely fifteen, shieet, I wasn't knowin nothin dawg
them bitches had me lost in that bay area fog
U don't wanna be stuck in that bermuda life, trust me
not a victim but a product of environment I must be
paranoia disgusts me, constantly lookin over my shoulder
this life's turnin my heart colder as I become older
I got a holster wit my baby in it, anybody can be a killa
I dunno what's more scarier....
