I think he means a song dedicated to their deceased mom/dad...but if not, check out
Papa'z Song - Tupac.
I Miss You - DMX (this one is dedicated to X's deceased grandmother)
-
all dem songs make me cry :'(
-
Snoop & Xzibit - Father's Day (not really autobiographical, but about fathers in general - dope song)

LOL, that not really a dedication to his dad. he is talking about how his dad wasn't there for him, and basically fuck him.
I really can't think of any songs made for rappers dads, but I know a couple more about moms:
the one off warren g's - 3rd album,I want it all. Its called My Momma, or Ole may sumthing like that.
the one off snoops album no limit top dogg, like the last song on the album.
-
warren g - keepin it strong
tq - lightskinned freckle face
-
Black Eyed Peas - Hey Mama ... ROFL ;D ;D ;D
-
Jay-Z feat. Beanie Siegel - Where Have You Been
Strong track about their fathers.. (not really positive songs though.. lol)

Xzibit - Carry The Weight
Also mostly about his father, and growing up.

Nas - Poppa Was A Player
damn good song off Lost Tapes, plus it was Kanye's first major ghost-production (for D-Dot)
-
Jay-Z - Moment of Clarity, kind of about how he forgave his dad and shiit just before he passed away, my fav song from the black album.

Great song. Didnt know that about Kanye. Nice inside info.
Snoop Dogg - I Love My Mamma.
Ax
-
Warren G - Ola Mae (My Momma)
Ky-Mani - Dear Dad ( not hiphop but give it a listen, it's very emotional and sincere, sure comes from the heart )
And if you're into other music aside from urban, try Sting's "Island of souls"... it's very weird, strange and melancolic. It tells the story of a no-future boy that is living how his father is gonna die and only wishes they both could sail away. Sting wrote that when he lost his father and it's very sad.
