Title: Doggystyle All Stars > Paid the Cost to be da Boss
Post by: King Tech Quadafi on April 27, 2004, 08:58:54 PM: I didnt cop the all stars joint till a year later, i didnt think it was gonna be good. But now that I have the album, its definitely bangin, a few skippables, but over all a dope album.

Paid the cost was a major disapointment.

I disagree. I like both albums, but I'm feeling Paid the cost a bit more. I've recently been playing that doggystyle allstars nonstop tho. I slept on those soopafly tracks when it came out and I'm slapping myself for it.

The more time that goes by, the less likely we are to see a Soopafly album on Doggystyle. Hope it happens though cuz he killed it on doggystyle allstars.

Yup I agree with this. Paid The Cost had couple bangers but rather disappointing. Doggystyle Allstars had a more Westcoast feel + tight production...

bump...i remember when it first came out some on here where saying it was dope and i totally destroyed it on my review(its in the reviews section)...it is one of the worst westcoast albums ever

PTCTBDB had some bangers,but on the whole it seems far less...but then,i don't think it's as bad as people say it is.
