they have always been experimental but each album had a consistant sound in the early days but since the increase in people downloading music it seems the record companies have been forcing them to be more diverse on their albums (just speculating). this has worked well sales wise for alot of artists, but has the opposite effect with a cypress hill album. the reason for this is because a cypress hill album sell itself its usually through friends and word of mouth that people buy their music. another thing their singles back in the day wern't so watered down they didn't need to please all audiences, if they got back to their old way of making albums like they said they were going too, their sales will probably increase because they don't need to be marketed to particular audiences they market themselves..

yeah, imo the last two albums at least were weak, and im a huge cypress hill fan, but i was really disappointed in Til Death...i would love to hear them go back to their old style but will it ever happen...

i suggest you get yourself copies of Cypress Hill, Black Sunday, Temples of Boom & IV, all of which are better than Til Death imo

Cypress are the one group I have never felt.....
Many love them, Just can't put my finger on it but they are not for me.... ???

I've been a fan of cypress since day 1. I have only given this new album a couple of quik listens. I like it, sure it isn't like their old albums, but name an artist who can make a album as good as their debut.

new album is aiight, my fav will always be Black Sunday though
