Title: So, It's OK For...
Post by: SGV on May 14, 2004, 08:00:41 PM
You know, everytime Yukmouth puts out a diss to 50, people talk shit about Yuk dissing only because J.Prince wants him, too. But, I don't remember the same being said about Game when he started beefing with Budden. Why?

LOL damn, that was a dumb question..

If The Game wasn't running with Aftermath/G-Unit, you would probably prop him for dissing such a wack rapper.

No. Budden never dissed The Game. He dissed 50. Dissing 50 is not dissing Game.

LMAO @ me bigging up Game for dissing Budden. No. I bigged him up for dissing Bleek, because he came off. He made a good diss record there. His diss on Budden was trash. Nothing hot about. All he did was threaten Budden, when he didn't do shit. He's taking 50's beef.

So, now, why is it OK for Game to diss Budden for 50, but it's not coo for Yuk to diss 50 for J.Prince.

Buddens dissed G-Unit.
The Game is on G-Unit/Aftermath, ergo he dissed The Game.
What's more, he added his verse to a track The Game already layed vocals to.

OK. Budden dissed G-Unit before Game was claiming it. What's more, Budden layed his vocals on that track and shouted Game. What's more is Game gave Budden props when he seen him. What's more, Game didn't diss until 50 told him to. What's more is you're not answering the question.

Read that interview where Game says he was working out when 50 called him to ask him about being on a track with Budden. After that, Game turned around and dissed Budden. Basically doing as 50 told him to.

Fantasy my ass. LMAO. Facts homeboy.

game was pissed that budden did a track with him without him knowing while he had beef with g-unit and (as far as i remember) even dissed g unit on it

yuk on the other hand liked 50 before j prince told him not to and is also contradicting himself by calling 50 wack now when he actually liked his music before

not the same imo

^ That's true. Budden went behind Game's back and threw his verse on there, plus dissing Game's crew on the same trac. On the other hand...50 NEVER EVER did anything to Yuk or Prince or Rap-A-Lot. Even though prince told Yuk that he *heard* that 50 dissed the Bay. I don't buy that for a second though. J-Prince is just hatin' on 50's success. And before you call me a dick rider SGV, I'm way more of a fan of Yuk's than I am of 50 Cent's. I'm just stating the facts.

Well then that's another argument against SGV. J-Prince was just trying to nut ride Irv and Ja and get at 50 like they were. Whatever the situation J-Prince is a bitch.

50 dissed Budden. And so did the rest of G-Unit(before Game), so of course Budden was gonna diss them back. He had no problem with Game, just the other G-Unit members. (Like Cypress had no beef with W.C., even though they were dissing WSC) On that track where he "added" himself(which is common practice in the Mixtape world), he shouted the Game and NEVER dissed G-Unit. 50 and them took it as a diss, something like "Should've been in that G-Unit video with the rest of the Gangsta Actors..." He was pointing out that there was actors in the video pretending to be gangstas. Which was true.

It's obvious Game had no problem with Budden(If it was that serious, he would've dissed Budden long ago for dissing G-Unit) or any of his homies(Stack Bundles being down with Budden), but the moment 50 called The Game, it was a different story. How is that different than Yuk/J.Prince?

This whole "Budden threw his verse on a track" is stupid. This shit was a freestyle. It's common practice to add verses and take off verses. No beef in it, that's just how things are ran. So, really, Budden never did anything to Game.

And Seer, your point is just like saying "Remember, Game is apart of the G-Unit." Since, it's pretty obvious he is ONLY dissing because of that.

Game is, I guess, nut riding 50 according to Shellz' logic. Oh yea, homie, don't call J.Prince a bitch, because you'd never do it in person. LOL @ Net bangers.

I respect the shit out of jay prince....In my opinion there would be no southern rap scene if he wouldnt have paved the way. But I gotta speak on the fact that in the passed couple of years he been on some bullshit...It all started when he started fuckin with murder inc who was fuckin with death row....Now you got jay prince doing source articles with diamonds and minks on and before he wanted to be this behind the scene figure and then I lost alot of respect when he threw face and bun b on that z ro track (bitch niggaz) which could have damaged face's career if that would have devloped into an all out war and now he's got yuk doing his bidding??? He's on some suge knight type shit...

Budden dissed G-Unit, Game is a part of G-Unit, plan and simple. 50's arrogant/cocky ass probably didn't even know who the fuck Yukmouth was. It's much different.

And how is calling J-Prince a bitch "net-banging" ? And why wouldn't I do it in person? Is he gonna sick Yukmouth and Bang Em Smurf on me? Haha.

50 and them took it as a diss, something like "Should've been in that G-Unit video with the rest of the Gangsta Actors..." He was pointing out that there was actors in the video pretending to be gangstas. Which was true.

You are too naive.

When Buddens said "With the rest of the gangsta actors", he also called G-Unit gangsta actors in the same line.
If he had said "Should've been in that G-Unit vid' with them gangsta actors" it would be another thing.

I think Buddens formulated it that way on purpose, to make people talk about it.. he KNEW most people would take it as a diss, and a few people wouldn't..

For the record: " get fucked like Pac in jail" is still a diss..  ;)

Budden dissed G-Unit, Game is a part of G-Unit, plan and simple. 50's arrogant/cocky ass probably didn't even know who the fuck Yukmouth was. It's much different.

That's what it all comes down to..
50 probably got 10-20 N.Y./Eastcoast rappers to reply to BEFORE he gets @ Yuk.. (Read= Probably never in both cases)

which in my opinion is a way more valid topic of discussion. Words like that will make it so rappers can't go to cali any more.

I forget if it was AHH or XXL. I'll see what I can find.

this will help:  http://www.allhiphop.com/features/index.asp?ID=770

AllHipHop.com: Let’s just talk about the whole beef situation and how it started. You know Joe has already kind of said what he felt how it started but, what’s your view on how it started?

Game: Everybody wants to know how it started, right? It started with me and Stack Bundles, who I knew and respected as a young emcee like myself way back before we had deals - on the mixtape circuit. I was doing my thing early before the Aftermath thing. Clue came to me one time when I was out here [in New York] and said, “Can you come out here to do a freestyle?” I’m still trying to finish this album, I’m up-and-coming So I’m like whatever. Stack is in the studio and I’m like “Yeah that’s my n*gga, I f*ck with Stack Bundles.” I’m in the studio we get in and we do the freestyle mix. Me and Stack Bundles, and that’s a wrap. Whatever and I’m thinking just me and Stack Bundles on the song. And like a month or two pass and it’s the All Star Game out in L.A. We outside at the W [hotel], me and my entourage and it’s Fab and a couple celebrities like [basketball player] Sam Casselle. Joe Budden's out there and he comes up to me to shake my hand but like its like almost like it’s a different handshake. It’s like he’s thinking in his mind “Did Game hear me say that fly shit on this [Clue] tape?” So he shaking my hand kind of phony. I didn’t really pay no attention to it I’m like “I don’t know maybe he just a little weird.”

So while Clue is passing out the mix CDs which I’m on, we take it everything is going on it’s All Star, so you put it in your back pocket whatever. So that shit passed over and everybody went back home. All Star was over. I’m working out in the 24 hour fitness two weeks after the All Star Game. 50 called me while I was working out in the gym asking me “Did I do a song with Joe Budden?” And I’m like “Hell no.” I wouldn’t do no song with Joe Budden that’s like not even my genre of rap. I’m a gangster rapper, more like a lyricist and I mix that with my gangster shit. I’m an emcee. Joe Budden is like a rapper. Like I don’t mean to call out names but I don’t even give a f*ck. Like Chingy and Ludacris those are rappers. You wouldn’t classify those as “Aw he got ill lyrics like Biggie and Pac.” Like these are rappers. Like Busy Bee was a rapper. And Kool Moe Dee is more like a lyricist. So that’s the way that I separate myself from different categories and sh*t.

So anyway I tell 50, ‘No, I ain’t did no song with Joe Budden.” 50 like "Yeah you did do a song with Joe Budden. It’s on the Clue Mixtape. Joe Budden is on the third verse and he taking shots at G-Unit in the song.” 50 expressed to me that like, he didn’t think it was a good look. I’m agreeing like "n*gga you right. It ain’t a f*cking good look but I ain’t heard it." So I tell 50 I’m a call him back. I go downstairs to my truck and I pop the CD in and then sure enough this n*gga is taking subliminal shots. I can understand if you got beef with somebody [like 50], if you got beef with that man call that man out if that’s who you got beef with or if its them. All you got to do is call them out and they going to come answer. I understand the competitive nature of Hip Hop, of battling and rhyming. But he didn’t do that. And I kind of felt like he disrespected me in the sense that he knew when Clue said I got this song, he looked at it like Game do business with G-Unit. Game is the newest member of G-Unit and he on the song with somebody from Desert Storm and I can come on here and I can certify myself by taking shots at G-Unit. I will look bigger because Game is on the song.

LoL. What stupid shit is that? Budden is a good lyricist, not on the level of a Biggie, but he got tight lyrics. So what's Game talkin' bout? And Game compares himself to Biggie and 'Pac on the lyrical level?
