Title: Question about a Warren G sample..
Post by: The Big Bad Ass on May 19, 2004, 03:59:19 PM: I can't find my book, and didn't see the answer in the vault... does anyone know what song Regulate (Regulators) sampled? Heard a song on a 70's and 80's station the other day that had the same beat... Had a motown feel to it, but have no idea who the artist was, or what it was called. Any help would be nice :)

Is Actively Joinin The Revolution on May 19, 2004, 05:13:27 PM: Was there a version of regulate with those vocals of that michael mcdonald song added in cus i remember when regulate came out when i woz younger and the first time i heard it agen like in 2000 i sang exactly the same vocals during the instrumental of regulate but realised they woznt there and looked a complete tit in front of most of my mates

Yea it was on the DPG Remix cd "17-tha_dogg_pound-regulate_(jammin_mix)-cr.mp3"
