depends on the website...guess if its porn you can tell by the amount of people who stay on one page for 5-10 minutes at a time ;)
or you could invent a supercomputer that taps into the users brainwaves to sense what your thinking...just a thought

check how many repeat Ip's you see per day see whos returning or make a survey

have a button that says "click here if this website was of any use to you", and then just see how many clicks you get compared to how many visitors.

I don't think that people take time out to simply click on that button (I know I don't).

well I'll tell ya I'm about as lazy as it gets when it comes to the internet. if you wanted my user satisfaction, I want it really eazy. I am not gonna fill out a survey, its much less time to click a button, than answer questions.
