wheres addidass at?  is this some gang slang for something?  I hear a lot of crip rappers sayin this, like Jayo Felony in lets all roll:

while I'm rich rollin on the river/

I've heard at least 3 other crip rappers use the line, Mr. doctor, I think WC, and some others.  whats that shit mean?
