Title: Question: name the song and artist, "I Need You"???

i was listening to kmel the other day and this song came and the chorus had a sample that kept saying "i need you now' and it kept loopin the you now part, sounded like a kanye type beat.  i thought the dude rappin on the song was saigon, but i just picked up his new tape, warning shots and this song wasn't on it. i was wondering if anybody could help me figure out who does this song.
