Paul McCartney says the Beatles hit "Got to Get You Into My Life" was a song about marijuana, "Day Tripper" was about LSD and "Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds" was indeed about dropping acid. I'm pretty sure John Lennon wrote "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds", and it was named after a drawing his son Julian drew in grade school. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I would find it very interesting if John Lennon just admitted something this week. Very interesting.
Even if McCartney did just admit this week who cares? everyone worked out a while ago they wrote songs about drugs and everyone has known for a while just how into the drug scene the beatles were. u dont need McCartney to admit it just like U dont need Snoop to admit he has talked about drugs in his music. Half of the point of music is for people to get something without the artist having to spell it out.

Interesting fact: My great grandmother used to live in a awesome house in a small Welsh Village called Carrog. After bringing this Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds thing up with my parents tonight they told me that Paul McCartney used to own a house there and one day my Mum was visiting my gran down there. She noticed a dog wandering about and when she looked at its coller it was McCartneys, my mum took the dog back to Paul who answered the door and spoke to my Mum and said and said thanks for bringing his dog back. Just thought I'd share!, I thought it was cool as fuck.
