The album sounds like it was recorded in '95 at the height of the Wu-Tang Clan's prime. Very solid production, many appearances from Clan members and dope lyricism from Masta Killa. He just pulled off an album I wasn't expecting.
Check out "Masta Killa", "Silverbacks" or "No Said Date" for a taste of it.

Man, everybody's saying it sounds like the Clan in its best times. Hell naw! It's definitely one of the highlights of the latest Wu-Tang releases, but it definitely can't fuck with the first Clan release and all the solo-debuts. Still good though...

it def. sounding pretty good...but it really shoulda dropped at least 5 years ago...

I heard sth that some of the songs were recorded back in the days so thats why it probably sounded like that, anyway,is this cd out yet?

It wasn't no surprise to me, i've been telling peeps to check for this when it drops for time, but everyone was like 'Hell nah, it's gonna be crap, dude is wack'. Nice to hear a Wu-Tang member drop an LP that sounds like a Wu-Tang LP. Haven't had that in a while.
