Alright people...for the past year I've been on felony Probation for a robbery charge...I'm up for a hearing on thursday at 10:00am, they say I will be released from probation and all have to do is fill out some forms...but heres where it gets sticky, I have to sign a form saying I haven't had any new new indictments or convictions come up while on probation. If some of you remember me telling you about it I had a vandalism charge come up from this big fight on Halloween. OK, now it gets weirder, the D.A. in my county never brought up my record and it never came up as a probation violation in court so they I don't think they know about it. Well, here's the bottom line: Should I lie and say that nothing new came up and be guaranteed to get off probation if they don't look anything up, but if they did look it up I might be in some shit...OR, should I write down that ya I had a new conviction and see what happens with that? Give me some recomendations I'm trying to get ideas from everybody my family my homies and u guys too cuz this is kind of a big thing. What would you do?

pick no and if u get caught act like it was a simple mistake and act innocent thats what i would do..
-
lie, it always works.. ;D

^lol @ Snoop ;D
I think I know why he got divorced.

the vandalism was just a misdemeanor right? and it was in another county?
i think its cool if you dont mention it.. a charge of vandalism is not even serious, and if it iddnt even show up as a violation of your probation, i think ur set.

I dunno man it could for for you or against you. I'd prob put no, if they aint asked you about it or anything then its them who have fucked up.
-
sounds like they dont know about it. so dont bring it up. :)

Aight haha so far everyone I know has said lie...Thanks everybody, I hope this shit works. :)

why would you even question this? if they dont' know bout it then don't bring it up.
