If you say Football is gay, and you're a Basketball fan, then you gotta compare them..
And Football IS a much more exhausting & demanding game..
In Basketball you can't even touch the other player without making a freethrow, and 2*45 mins on a 10 times bigger pitch is just something else..
What's the chance of getting a injury compared to Football.. none.

I don't mean Football or Basketball behind your house, but on real fields..
2 x 45 minutes on 11-man fields will get you REALLY exhausted, especially if it's hot outside..

Yeah, Czech without Nedved & Poborsky isn't the same, Germany might go through, but only on Czech's mercy, Czech is a better team than Germany, but if Czech use their B-team.. :-\
I can kinda understand them though, they're already through, and don't need to risk injuries & bookings..
