Mixtapes:
There will be 3 Mixtapes dropping this summer.
1. A DJ Whoo Kid Mixtape with older Daz tracks
2. A mixtape released by JD hosted by Felli Fel titled DPG 4 LIFE
3. The DPG TIL I *** mixtape released through Daz
(4.) DJ Whoo Kid Presents Daz. This is the mixtape with newer cuts. Daz needs to make a visit to NY for this. This one is being worked on..we just don't know when its gonna drop..
So So Gangsta Release Date:
The release has been pushed back 2-3 weeks due to clearance issues. They're having problems with the Nate Dogg song. Nothing that can't be solved. JIVE is IN LOVE with the NATE DOGG cut.
Singles:
1st : Daz Feat. Nate Dogg - N Tha Hood
2nd: Daz Feat. JD and JE - Party People
And yes, that song on the JohnJohn mixtape is N THA HOOD...
Twinz:
These guys aren't making any moves. As of now, we're scrapping this one. There has been ZERO Cooperation from Tha Twinz. It seems Daz has done more work for the album than they have.
When they're ready to make some money they know where to call.
Next Release from us?
It will most likely be an album from the group DPGC (Snoop, Soopafly, and Daz). We'll be posting the cover and track list soon. Look for this around September this year.
Will you guys ever see any new Twinz songs?
Yes, Daz and I were talking about releasing a compilation towards he end of this year. There are 4 songs the Twinz have recorded for Daz. Daz will place these tracks on the compilation.

The album is heavily LOVE ORIENTED (theme-wise) and the track with Daz is "gangsta".
DPG Eulogy:
This will be the next film release from DPG/GA. I'll post the DVD cover soon. This was originally titled DPG UNCUT. A DVD where the Dogg Pound members talk about the truth about their time at Death Row.

quite a funny name that.. makes it sound like DPG is over? or is it meant to signify Death Row is over? or both?

This will never happen... They might get it started, but it'll get scrapped 'cause of their own individual projects and/or Snoop wanting more money and making a wack but marketable record.

haha.. takin it all personal. Dont trip! LMAO.. if they wanted their album to come, they'd be networking, hustlin.. makin it happen. Daz \ DPG Records got issues, no doubt.. (THEY NEED TO BE PAYIN FOOLS BACK FOR THAT MAK AND DAZ FIASCO. Dubcc's top dogg still aint got paid!) but it sounds like its The Twinz who dropped the ball. They shouldve stay'd grinding after their first album with or without Warren. Made contacts.. networked, etc. Cant blamn anyone else but yourself for failure. (not to say they failed.. I guess they just quit.) I see a blame game going on from forum to forum.. Its all on them is what it comes down to. We're all hoping for the best cuz the tracks Ive heard.. tight! Album cover... TIGHT! Id be more of a disappointment if they dont drop.. then Crooked I's album (dpg version) not seeing the light of day.

Yeah i mean i love the Twinz, but Neb Luv and Warren G said they aint really in the rap game no more.. they do their things in real life, they happy about it. I dont think it's Daz who doesnt want to make a Twinz CD, but it's them who are just taking their time to do it. It's all good tho, the original G-Funk era is gone! :(
My dream is still to have the 5 Footaz finally out from their contract, and working with Warren G again, maybe with the Twinz involved. It still can happen, but after this 213 project where Warren G, hopefully, will finally getting paid.

yeh thats kinda like how lil c style is,... his occupation is a hustla,.. makin his bread/income from that. rappin is just like on the side.
i just really hope that this twinz album will come out this year, n hopfully they manage to work somethin out with daz and make some real moves to get this album released this year,.. especially for the fans that been waitin so long on them. it might sounds selfish, but the fans deserve this album.

i dont think they really have a fan base though do they, apart from more clued up dpg fans.

i believe that there's alot of ppl that like the twinz and would buy an album from them, but theres not too much to talk about them since they aint done nuthin much since 1995. if they were to release this album, and everybody knew about it, i believe it would sell very good for an independant release

i really dont think theyd sell a lot. i dont think many people really know who they are. people aren't checking for them. on the indie level they may do ok locally, and if available on the 'net people like us would buy it, but i think thats all.

to my opinion,.. ppl aint checkin for them coz they aint doin anythin. they aint been doin shit for so long that alot of ppl forgot about them, and most probably wouldnt even know that they released another album. i think thats a major factor.

there are quite a few people who know the twinz, not just dpg fans. thing is they havent dropped anything in years so people forget about them, and it aint gonna change cause they are not really pushin to get back on top when people heard them on the radio and saw them in videos, even on mtv. and nothings gonna change with todays situation. they're kinda like domino, people will think of them as the group from the mid 90s which had "that summer hit" but disappeared later on
