Title: DJ Quik is very VERY UNDERATED!

Production wise, he does EVRYTHING in his beats, EVERYTHING, plays the instruments and does everything himself. I don't understand why he doesn't get as much props as he should. PROPS to Jigga and Kiss for usin Quik on they albums. Chingy too. Let's just hope that Quik continues to get love like that.

Nah, actually, I been wanting to post this for a while, and seeing all these Quik topics reminded me. lol. But like you said dog, the key factor is the fact that he does EVERYTHING himself. He should be mentioned as high, (IF NOT HIGHER) than Dr. Dre.

He doesn't do everything himself. But he is an amazing producer. He does play/use a considerable amount of the instuments on his beats, but not all.

He is mad respected in the west, and all west artists recognize him as one of the greatest.

Yeah, it's true, DJ Quik doesn't get as much love as he should and isn't as big in the game as he should be, outside the West anyway, but how many times do we have to make a thread about it?
