Post by: white Boy on July 05, 2004, 01:12:55 PM: ok, theres 6 members of d12, acutally eminem wasnt part of it before, some guy named bugz was, but he died, eminem took his place, now 6 members, and each have an alter ego. like eminem is slim shady, proof, is dirty harry, etc... 6 members 6 alter egos = 12, this doesnt belong in the west section tho...

Post by: Lord Funk on July 05, 2004, 01:14:42 PM: The 'D' isn't for Detroit. The group was originally called Dirty Dozen, 'cause each of the six members has an alter ego (Em's is Slim Shady for example). D-12 is just a variation on it - Dirty Dozen = Dirty 12 = D-12.

Because they are from Detroit, and the 6 members all have a alias, making them "12" if you count the alias.

I want a Proof solo.
And I don't want Proof to do anything else than write/rap on it.. he needs a career manager if he'll ever get one.
