Title: How to make a photo appear blurry?

yo does anyone know, or can find on the internet something to put on your license plate so that in a photo it will appear blurry and unreadable?  I read about it once before, but I forgot what it was.  it was something like clear nail polish.

i know how to photo edit a pic so it appears blurry but i never heard of something you apply before hand

i thought there was spray you can put on...

Photoshop, udner the filters tab there is a option called blur. Just blur the fuck outta it :P

oh yeah that will work great.  I'll just ask the police deptartment to do that for me before they send me the ticket  ::)

i've heard there is special spray, i i believe there is some kinda film u can use too..

best off looking through the 'ricer' mags?

there is a spray that you can buy on the net for $30.  but I'm cheap and would rather find a regular household product that I can buy for $5.

i'd save my speeding for places i know to be safe ;)

this really isn't too much for speeding tickets but more for red light cameras.  I don't normally run red lights, but sometimes you just gotta get thru the intersection.

lol.. we dont have those in many places. only near one dangerous junction and near a junction near the hospital.

solution is, dont do it! :P
