I cant find any downloads here.........
is there any MP3S HERE AT ALL?.

this is a message board.. 'we' dont host or post mp3s.
however...
we do have private section for members with over 500 posts to share -off site- links to mp3 files.
it has been done this way so that people dont leech stuff our members have put in uploading each others requests.
in that section we discourage the distribution of full commercially available albums.
sometimes people do post off site links to mp3s in the other forum sections which is fine.

ah no kiddin'........i use this site to expand my knowledge of music i wouldnt hear usually in Van City.....Shiiit, i only used to know So Damn Hood for Crooked I Songs.......I thought the point of the site was to expand the influence of Westcoast music? whatevs....500 posts is gonna generate alot of garbage useless posts as people try an hit that high mark

Thing is... when you make it 100 posts people will start spamming the board with useless posts till they get 100 posts and then they will never post again anymore. 500 posts demotivates those kind of cheap people :-*

the limit isnt to keep it "exclusive"
its mostly to guests and non-members of the board from using the links, with a lot of places like yousendit.com you max the downloads out quick.
the 500 limit is to stop people just signing up to steal the links.
its for productive, active members of this board to share links.

For you guys dying to get into the section, its not worth posting here 500 times just to get in there. Post on here if you have fun doing it, otherwise your time is better spent learning how to use IRC, Usenet, and P2P programs and build a collection of your own.
