Title: How do I change my default email for IE?

ok so everytime I hit a email link, it brinks up outlook, but I don't use outlook, I use yahoo email.  Is there anyway I can change it so that it brings up my yahoo instead of outlook?

I usually just hold cursor over the link and the email addy comes up in lower left corner.  I write it down and then proceed to use my email service.

it doesnt work for webased accounts.
