nobody could get an interview from him. not even this site & he aint even a big artist outside of LA. Nima please do something and get an interview from him so he could answer all our questions we been wanting to know.

I think Dre is harder than Quik :)
It's amazing that we've interviewed Snoop and 50 cent :)
(both came through their labels approaching us, not through networking though, but nima has managed to talk to snoop again, but he wouldnt talk business only about the weather lol)
Nima and Yash are in LA right now.. they've already hooked up with a bunch of people.. bad azz, daddy v, bing (snoops bro) and a whole lot more.. so i hope they get more connections out of that.

Dre is damn near impossible. but as for quik, im sure he'll be willing to do it if ya approach him. holla at big saccs or at suga frees peoples. you could also holla @ the urban department of Warner Bros Records. Quik is the V. President there. even dj-quik.net hasnt got one from him and u would think he would reach out to them but no. not a damn thing.

Yeah, a DJ Quik interview needs to be done either by dubcnn or dj-quik.net.....
I guess getting to the guy will be hard, but he should be able to spare an hour or so for the fans (thousands of people worldwide who are gona read it)..either way im pleased with how many interviews dubcnn are poppin up with lol

btw.. ya'll know 'woodrow' here (aka engelwood) is the dj-quik.net webmaster yeah? he's on the fortress quik dvd :)

I think one of the reasons Quik seems to shy away from publicity is that he knows he'll be asked the same old stuff (listen to 'No More Questions' on Mausberg's album ;))
He probably thinks if he spared half an hour people would only want to know about his beef / working relationship with Dre and his retirement, both things he doesn't appear to want to discuss.

Yeah, but in a way it should be flattering. DubCNN has done countless shit-hot interviews and has always asked questions you wouldn't see answered even if mainstream hip-hop magazines did care enough to interview these people. I guess you guys have become know for having the hook-up - people just take it you can get the goods.

Yeah, I always wondered how that ''SCRATCH'' magazine (I think that's what it was called) scored that exclusive interview with Dre a while ago. I mean, it was a new magazine - hardly ''XXL'' - and to interview Dre in the first issue is pretty impressive. Too bad the interview was pretty poor :( I guess it was okay, but there were a lot of questions that weren't touched on. Then again, there were probably certain questions that Dre (or his publicists) specifically said he wouldn't answer so I guess it was alright if you consider that.

This site gives Quiks music a lot of respect it would be wicked if an interview could be arranged with him.
Dre the way he's eastin these days might of given us an interview if we were called the eastcoast connection ::)

Over A Year Ago We Were Preparing For A DJ Quik Interview Through Fortress, Apparently Both Us & DJ-Quik.net Was Lined Up For One After Visualism Dropped But Then After The Radio Interview Where He Walked Out It Fell Through And Up To Now We've Been Unable To Get At Him...
