here is a couple qoutes from his murder dog magazine interview
Then you got songs like "Stocking Cap", and you know ain’t nothing sweet about me. I’m not Talib Kweli. I’m not Mos Def. I’m still that muthafucka that will smack you in your face if you get out of line. At the same time I’m about teaching my people and elevating the people.
you cant come like these under underground niccas like aesop rock and jaylib and all these super underground dudes who rap about the sun, moon, stars and the atmosphere, and all that sh1t, because nobody cares about that

Those lines at rapping about the sun & all that were funny but still dont make no sense, thats no reason 2 diss Talib Kweli & Mos Def.

-
^ Yup, Saigon is dope, but the quotations about Black Star were ignorant.
-
saigon speakin that gospel, as usual. fucking nerds like the def jux label ruining rap. shit is disgusting.

if you like hearing a fake ass pete rock behind the boards, supplying boring beats, and a mediocore mc spitting over them, then yeah its the best lp this year.
pretty tony
college dropout
legal hustle

kamikaze
no said date
the pioneers
tough love
to tha x-treme>murs 316
hell, there were mixtapes released that were better than that album. be serious ak.
-
Def Jux has a lot of garbage on that label but they do have some talent. C-Rayz Walz is dope, RJD2 can supply some great beats and Murs seems pretty good (judging him solely by his last album).
9th Wonder might sound similar to Pete Rock but he can still make some dope beats.
-
When did he diss 50 Cent?
Every other freestyle.
I believe that he dissed a whole gang of people on mixtapes, going the 50 Cent route.
Didn't he say anything about Wu & Ghostface as well... don't really pay attention to all the disses anymore.

Yup, that's the people I like from the label. But you forgot their best: Mr. Lif 8) I don't like most of the others.
-

I just don't recall him dissing 50 Cent. If you have DJ Kay Slay & Whoo Kid presents Saigon - The Best Of Saigon Volume 2, check out track 12.
G-Unit's my niggaz...Tony Yayo, my nigga...50 brought the real shit back to the game
