Title: How to put pics into JPG or GIF format?

I want to upload some pics I have saved on my PC and put them into JPG or GIF format.  Can anyone help me out?  Thanks in advance  ;)

Most pix are already .jpg format..
Right-click them, hit properties and see what filetype it says..
ACD See is a good picture program to convert/view/edit pix..

Upload the pix for free at http://www.imageshack.us/index.php
They will be up for a year, every time it's viewed they will be up for at least a year from the last view..
