in 'feel my pain' featuring lil scrappy on g-unit radio...
'put dolla signs on him, take his roof off
if murda was the case then im replacin snoop dogg
u cant carry the west, nigga u too soft'
i have doubts that he was referring to snoop directly, it would be kinda awkward considering snoop was on the same mixtape. then again theres not too many other rappers who are considered to be carryin the west.
-
You're interpreting it the wrong way...he actually means:
if murda was the case then im replacin snoop dogg
I suppose Game wants to say with this, that if it's necessary, he won't back down from committing a murder.
u cant carry the west, nigga u too soft
Meaning...some people say that to Game. That he won't be able to carry the West.
Get it?
-
didnt think of it like that, i figured he woulda at least changed the tone of his voice if he was mockin those who said that shit to him. good lookin out tho
-
No problem...well, I don't have the song so I can't really judge by the tone of his voice. Can you upload it to Yousendit.com?
-
right-click and save-as: http://www.powow.com/statefine2/19.mp3
i still stand by my statement, it doesnt sound like hes mockin his haters, but i dont think hes talkin directly to snoop either. he should articulate wut he meant cuz i guarantee you everybody who hears it is gonna think its a diss
-
Just listened...yeah, he should've changed his vocal tone a little.
Thanks for the link.
-
I don't think it's a diss, cuz Game & Snoop are workin together, all the time...
-
i hate lines like this
it was made to look like a diss.......´but it a aint a diss...or maybe it is...lol
or do you guys think game dont know what people think when they hear that the first time?? ::)
-
Sure sounds like a diss, but I dont think it is. like Crafty said I think Game just raps about what people say to him, "You cant carry the west, nigga you (Game) too soft.." kinda like the line "The fuck is all this noise. He from cali, he can’t rap. He aint better than this nigga..." from the 200 Bars & Runnin Freestyle.
-
^^^^Yep, exactly...same context.
-
I don't think it's a diss, cuz Game & Snoop are workin together, all the time...
They are?
-
damn, if that doesnt sound like a diss i dont know what is!?!?!?
i would put alot of money on it that that is a diss to snoop dogg, rappers fall out all the time..just listen
"you cant carry the west nigga you too soft/
the game got it all in his pocket like pool sharks
he is basically saying snoop cant run shit but he can..
-
Could be. After all, Game is a blood
-
I'd bet my life on it that it is not a diss. He's even shouting out Snoops name on the same mixtape on a track which was probably recorded around the same time so I doubt it.
-
LOL..no way its a diss..
Snoop is on Lloyd Banks Album, works with 50 cent, and The Game is part of G-unit.
That's just stupid if he did diss snoop.
-
"...with a Stocking Mask in the Back that I borrowed from Snoop"
Game says that on Savage C's album. So I'm thinkin they're cool.
-
is not a diss... this is what Chuck Taylor A.K.A. The Game said in the BWS forum.
"i meant if murder was the case I'm re-placin Snoop Dogg meanin' it's my turn to rule !!! You niggas cant carry the west you too soft was reffered to these niggas out here hatin' on my shit but aint even gotta deal !!!! ha ha ha ha ha......."
-
Could be. After all, Game is a blood
That gang shit means nothin in the rap game.
-
"you too soft" he says it to "others" not to snoop:rolleyes:
he gives it up 4 snoop and shows nuthin´but luv and would he diss him?damn..think befo´y`all post sum dumb-azz BS like dat.P`z
