that's a web rip. Only 2 minutes long and still tagged. The one on Power is supposed to be the full version.

The song that was on Head of State was only like 2 minutes long and was played at the end of the credits in the movie. My guess is that somebody just ripped that from the DVD and released it on the Internet. The version that was released to radio is about 4 minutes long and the version that is up on that website is unedited.
