Title: does THIS doggystyle vinyl have anything special on it?
Post by: NobodyButMe on August 07, 2004, 11:33:28 AM: just picked up the OG release of doggystyle from 93....it says it has 'tha next episode' on it.....anyone know if it's true? i doubt it but it looks like it really has as many trax as it says it does (i don't have a record player)

there is no tracklist on the actual sleeve

Post by: We Fly High on August 07, 2004, 08:27:17 PM: yup its the sam sneed skit. when i pop my cd into the laptop, the cddb query thing makes the next episode pop up on the tracklisting as track 17/19. but yeah its not a song or nothing, just a 56 second skit with sam sneed named Tha Next Episode..

my vinyl copy has gz up hoes down on it, and has a perfect track list. **including** skit names

the skits just arent on that track list.

Is Actively Joinin The Revolution on August 08, 2004, 06:32:20 AM: I got the remastered cd so i didnt have g'z up hoes down nor tha next episode but i have them both now the next episode OG is a song. the skit is u betta recognize wit sam sneed isnt it I know he did that as a song but its jus b4 pump pump on my album

i'm talking about a vinyl record, not a cd.....the pic is above - tha next episode is a song i know, but i'm sayin.......

how many skits should be on the G side? anyone know?

17 Pump Pump (actually the 1 min skit that comes before Pump Pump on later pressings of the cd)

18 Gz up Hoes Down

18 Tha next episode (This is the actually the song Pump Pump)

The OG next episode is not on here, and it looks like they forget to change the tracklisting when they took that song out and the original tracklisting was left on the label.
