The only 2004 summer anthems I could think of are "Groupie Luv" and "Lean Back"
My 2004 summer anthem is "It Might Sound Crazy" by Daz and Too Short.

Id also have to say RIGHT ON by TQ, great song, summertime feel, me and my fiancee listened to it like our whole trip to the mountains.  Still bumping it like crazy and cant wait fro the new album


Cant think of ANY other westcoast summer anthems from this year, below are the two main songs which i bumped all summer.....

Da Summa RM-  3-6 mafia (id never heard this or the original, so to me this was new and although i didnt really feel it at first, i soon couldnt stop bumping it, me and my friends been playing it all summer)

Throwback-  Brassmunk, tone, etc (a great canadian rap song, has that back in the day/summertime feel, my favourite song of the summer, and best canadian rap song in YEARS)

It's either Groupie Love, or the Jadakiss song "Shine" with Snoop and Quik. Even though you can say it's technically east coast, it really isn't...produced by Jelly roll with him on the hook, with a verse from Snoop and Quik? That's even more west coast than Jay-z change the game remix is.
