From the latest Source Magazine:
"Evidently,Nas yearns for his old days just as much as the hundreds of underground fans who snatched up 9th Wonder's remix project,God's Stepson.".There were some good beats on there,"Nas says."I'd like to work with him." In fact ,he has committed that his final album for Columbia records will be produced entirely by DJ Premier.Of course, fans have heard that one before."
9th and Nas would be dope, but a whole Nas album produced by Premier would just be totally amazing.
-
I aint no big fan of Nas but that surely would be great.
-
DOPE!
-
i wanna hear Nas over some 9th Wonder production...should be sick!!
and a Nas album entirely produced by Premo would almost definitely be a classic... 8)
-
Primo ain't much of an innovator, but he's one of the most consistent producers ever, so we'd have 95% chances of a dope ass album...I'd definitely be coo with that
Nas and 9th sounds dope too

I can't think of a single person in the history of hip hop that has been an innovator, except for the guy that invented scratching.

Rakim for a new style of rhyme, Dre for a new style of production, Swizz Beatz for not sampling, Neptunes for using actual instruments as beats with no samples, Chuck D for putting politics into rap, 2Pac for having a style everyone bites.

yeah. just because hiphop is based on samplin other music styles it's not impossible to be innovative by changin the genre
-
I don't mean changing the genre. I mean innovative in the overall music scene.
