This movie surprised me. One of the best I've seen this year. I was expecting some boring indy film, but I enjoyed it very much. Check it out.
-
Im a Zach Braff fan and Im lookin really forward to see this movie. The trailer is terrific. But as it is just a small movie it'll take some time until it's in Europe's theaters. :(
-
Yeah, i saw the trailer a couple months ago, and i really have wanted to see this movie. I doubt ill see it in theaters though.
-
You should see it. I can almost guarantee you won't be disappointed. It was one of the funniest movies that came out, funnier than anything by Will Farrell or Ben Stiller because Zach Braff's humor is based on real life and things that you can relate to.
-
its a comedy?
from the previews it looked like a drama
-
Overall, its a drama, buit it has elements of comedy in it too.
-
I'll check it out next week
-
lol, i didnt even know it was a comedy, im def gonna see this, IS IT OUT???
-
I saw the trailer yesterday now I wanna see it
-
Its not a comedy he just adds some lines that adds a cool sense of humour to the movie, in a real life kind of way. Amazing movie though, right now its definitley my movie of the year, but thats probably cause Zach Braff is one of my favorites. Id go see it again, infact I wanted to go see it tonight but they don't show a movie past 10:00 here in fuckin wack ass orange county.
Anyways I loved how real the movie was, the way he played the character was just amazing, I loved the character and all of his situations and how he thought and went about things.

Andrew Largeman shuffled through life in a lithium-induced coma until his mother's death inspired a vacation from the pills to see what might happen. A moderately successful TV actor living in Los Angeles, "Large" hasn't been home to the Garden State in nine years. But even with 3,000 miles between them, he's been unable to escape his domineering father Gideon and the silencing effect he's had on his son from afar. Stunned to find himself in his hometown after such a long absence, Large finds old acquaintances around every corner living quite unique lives as gravediggers, fast food knights and the panderers of pyramid schemes. Meanwhile, at home, he does his best to avoid a long-simmering but inevitable confrontation with his father. By a twist of fate, Large meets Sam, a girl who is everything he isn't. A blast of color, hope and quirks, Sam becomes a sidekick who refuses to ride in his sidecar. Her warmth and fearlessness give Large the courage to open his heart to the joy and pain of the infinite abyss that is life.

natalie portmann looked eeeh in the movie, though. ;)
-
just got done watching it. Great movie.
-
whats peoples thoughts on this?.. i watched it not knowing what to expect from it, all i knew was that zach braff and the lovely natalie portman were the main stars.. but damn i really enjoyed this movie, cant quiet put my finger on why i liked it so much, but i think cause it had an original storyline you could just follow with a lot of subtle humor.. kinda reminded me of "lost in translation" with the way the film was shot and directed.
-
i havn't seen it but i heard it was really good, it's on my "might peep it" mental list.
-
i thought it was a boring chick flick.... the soundtrack is the shit though MEOW
-
i think it was a great movie... real feelgood-vibe.
Soundtrack is classic.
-
It was pretty good, something different with a more natural feel. I dunno about it being funnier than any Ben Stiller or Will Farrell though.
-
I thought it was a great movie. Natalie Portman looks gorgeous, the comedy is on point, the music is outstanding.
