Title: LONDON GUYS PLEASE HELP

Could you tell me the when does the London tube stops working in the night? I'm going in London on october. I'll be at Tottenham Hale at about 2 am. How could i reach Victoria Station? Is it possible via tube? Or is it closed at that time?
