thought it was after the mtv show when they had the death row east t-shirts and banners and pac was talkin about dr takin over the east as well as the west....i'm sure its real...

He means it's just a logo on a T-shirt, nothing really spectacular. And yeah...that's from after the VMA's where Pac gets all hyped up in the interview:

tell me how is it that "death row east" is on the chest and goes on the sleeve at the same time??

look at where his arm is relative to the logo

was edited, if you look closely you can see a white box around EAST.
