Does this hold any truth? I heard my homie talking about it a week ago...Never heard anything about it on this board though...What's up with that?

Well, the melody does sound a lot like it but it sounds different enough to where he might not win a lawsuit. They didn't sample it, they interpolated it, and a lot of producers get away with doin that. Herbie is the homie though so I hope they settle somethin.

if he came out with that gfunk remix, as the original.. this wouldnt be a problem.. :)
