I just went through this mixtape for the first time today........it's so fuckin good, he just rips through all these dope beats.  Made me remember how good WC actually is, I hope he's dropping a new album soon

You guys need to do yourselves a favour and listen to it, Dub really rips every beat to shreds. My favourite tracks are his versions of ''Ante Up'', ''Thief's Theme'' (that boy Topic has got some serious talent!) and ''Lean Back''. WC makes those beats his own. Was also feeling his ''Warriors 2'' cut - too bad it was so short. Seriously though, I would say that this is hands-down the mixtape of the year so far...its got me heavily anticipating Dub's next album.

There's some heaters on there.
His remake of Shells "Why I love you" (track 8 ) was dope..
The "Hood Hop" remake was dope as well..

He shouldn't have fucked with the classics "Ante Up", "Ain't no fun" or "Got it twisted" though, but maybe that's just me..  :-\
His remake of Sly Boogys "That's my name" was also  :-\

I downloaded it, but after going through it just once, I've been trying to buy it.  No music store up here in toronto has it and I couldn't find it on mixtapekings.com, anyone know where I can pick it up from the net or in Toronto would be even better?

^^^ yeah, i got that a couple of days ago and have been playing it almost non stop. have the same kind of confidence in quality with WC that i had with Cube back in the early 90s.

ya when i heard him i was thinkin dam this guys tite.. also why has nobody mentioned "Shut Up"? he rips the hell outta that beat when i first heard it i was like GOD DAM!
