Anyway this program must of installed like a further 5 programs and I have tried to delete em all and shit and I thought I had gotten rid of everything but I hadn't. I left my PC on today for about an hour and when I came back there must of been about 20 pop ups on my screen. Anyone got any idea's????

Co-sign.
Not using IE will also make a lot of difference, and Ad-Aware is great.

Thanks everyone, I have downloaded Ad-aware now and it seems to be doing the trick, even though I still have loooooads of programs running when they shouldn't be.

Start-menu -> Run -> Type "MSconfig"
Crosscheck the items in the list called "Startup" with this page: http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
Uncheck every program you don't need, should make your computer a LOT faster and less buggy.
You shouldn't have more than 10 to 15 programs in the list, most of them are unnecessary.
