Make new Requirements on joining the board

Like write two lines with no grammer mistakes  ;D


Also, I'll ban whoever i want, whenever i want, for no reason. Like if i don't like their sigs or ava, i'll BAN! and if they disagree with me, they'll get a ban

make a limit of how many post some people can post per day


if you make useful posts -unlimited access
if you bug a lil-100 post limit per day , anything over that, you'll have to pay a dollar per post
if you a just straight up bug-10 per day , anything over that , you'll have to pay $1.43 (random number,lol)
if you're infinite-1 post per day,anything over that he'll have to  make a donation to the support the 'war on terrorism fund' wich will go directly to my bank account ::in golom voice:: we swears we'll give the money to charity, honest...

also i'd make random people take tests on random shit in order to keep their account,lol
