Title: Trinidad fight doubt for Mayorga

Ricardo Mayorga was arrested Friday in his native Nicaragua after a compliant was filed by a 20-year-old women who claims the former WBA and WBC welterweight champion beat and raped her.

Speaking to the Associated Press at the police station where he had been taken, Mayorga said he was innocent but was unsure of the status of his October 2 super-fight with come backing Felix Trinidad

He said: "I think that the fight will be (postponed) or Trinidad will fight somebody else, but I'm not sure."

Mayorga's lawyer, however, says his clients rights to free travel are being violated and that Mayorga will fly to New York for the Trinidad fight
