Title: Rap Songs To Workout Too (American songs but all nationalities welcome!)

Alright, I've spent most of my summer working out, but I'm looking for some good songs to workout too. New or Old, it doesn't matter. I do a lot of lifting. Help me out.

word to sikotik. i listened to bring the pain yesterday. as a matter of fact i listened the majority of book 1 AEOM when I worked out. Ambitionz as a ridah, heartz of men, theres TONS of tupac stuff that gets me pumped up.

i personally prefer old school death row shit when i lift...its the hardest and usually gets you going...like the chronic, doggystyle, dogg food, murder was the case, all eyez etc

I Cant Listen To Rap Or Hip-Hop When I Work Out....I Perfer Iron Maiden, Metallica, Styx (I bumped Renegade all day yesterday when i worked out)......or old metal bands like that.....
