Title: nate dogg lyric confusion

Can anyone tell me why this site (http://www.elektra.com/natedogg/music/) has different lyrics for Ditty Dum Ditty Doo than the lyrics I've heard? The lyrics from that site are also written in the cover of the album, but they're not the words he sings. I'm confused. Does this song even exist?

Yea, that song is called "Next Bodyfriend" and was originally meant for "Music & Me" but didn't make it.  The tracklist for the new Nate Dogg album has this song listed though, so it might appear on that.  It's supposed to feature Knoc-Turn'al.
