-
Just wondering who's gonna be featured on which tracks now. Should be fire!
-
8. Tough Guy ---> feat. Busta Rhymes
8)
-
i have a feeling mitchy slick (and maybe the rest of strong arm steady?) will be on track 9... "clack".. kinda obvious really!
and pastor troy is on ride n smoke yeah?
-
all the classics are short albums ;)
-
yeah but albums like doggystyle are just filled with intro's to songs
anyway, i definately am looking forward to this xzibit-album, even though i'm afraid he'll never again reach the level of restless (which was a 16-track album btw) :-X
-
xzibits album looks skit less..
and restless isnt a classic, neither is the first eastsidaz album considered classic.
i think a lot of people are expecting xzibit to put out a really solid album this time.
-
and there's more to the world than westcoast music... sorry, maybe i shouldnt say that on this forum ;)
Onyx - Bacdafucup (1993) => 18 tracks ;D (got some skits though)
N.W.A. - Straight outta Compton (1988) => 13 tracks (no skits)
it's true though, this album looks quite skitless (seems like xzibit hates skits anyway) and in that case, 13 tracks of 4:30 mins average, would still mean the album would be 58:30 minutes long... that's not bad actually!
-
actually we're open minded here unlike a lot of other places ;)
i did actually write that illmatic has around 10 /12 tracks in my last post but took it out :)
-
anyway, actually i'm just hoping for xzibit to put out some new artists from the west on his lp, and for god's sake, please don't bring us another trash album like man vs machine was...
-
well he's got his strong arm steady gang on there... so mitchy slick, phil da agony and krondon will def be on a couple tracks.
-
wow,nice shit man,huge thx
-
i think this album will be tite...
-
thx 4 da info
-
is this legit tho. wheres the info from?
-
"Regulate" = 12 tracks. 8)
-
I expect somethin' better than Man Vs. Machine that's for sure. Xzibit seems like he can rebound himself from a weak album. He hasn't lost his mind like Snoop.
-
Nope, I start fearing this album more & more... :P
Producers I heard for this album aren't blowing my mind, and Xzibit's mind is (I think) more on his movie(s) and his TV-Shows...
But we'll see :D
-
I think X will come with some good tracks as always. MVM had a few really great songs, and some really shitty ones. Restless had much more continuity, flowed better, and was a better album overall. I thought Dre's tracks on MVM were boring as hell, just sounded like 2001 leftovers. Hopefully X will make it solid from front to back. thats all i ask 8)
-
all the classics are short albums ;)
Not true... All Eyez On Me is not a short album, but Me Against The World and Kiluminati are short on the other hand... the 2 best albums this year are also short :)
-
what's the song he has out now?
i like that
-
I like Judgement Day a lot. If the whole album is as good as Judgement Day is, this will be Xzibit's album best album so far :)
-
More tracks=More opportunities for good songs
-
less tracks = all the shitty tracks have been dropped :)
-
I wanna hear "Saturday Night Live" and the Quik produced track, hopefully this will be another solid West Coast effort by X to the Z
-
If the whole album is as good as Judgement Day is, this will be Xzibit's album best album so far :)
WTF man, you should be banned from the music sections...
-
why? because i have a different taste in hip hop than you have? :loco: :loser:
-
Less tracks is always better.
10 - 14 is the best.
Illmatic = 10 tracks
Enter The Wu-Tang - 12 tracks
Straight Outta Compton - 13 tracks
Paid In Full - 10 tracks
The Great Adventures Of Slick Rick - 12 tracks
The Low End Theory = 14 tracks
Criminal Minded = 10 tracks
etc.
Only one true classic album I can think of has over 16 tracks.
-
...this is just an advance tracklisting, the album is still in production, so there could be more traxx added and i'm sure the list will be tweaked.
where did ya get this info yo???
