i havent been too impressed with what ive heard so far (Sex, Love and Money, Beauty In The Dark) i think that this album may be a disappointment...i heard that label folks weren't too happy with the product he'd delivered and wanted him to work on more stuff...might just be a rumour tho...

Beauty In The Dark was from the Isleys compilation and won't be on the album. Admittably Sex Love and Money wasn't vintage Mos, but I still have high hopes for this album. I think the release date is October 12th by the way.

ahh, i see. that makes me feel a bit better. i just want a straight up hip hop album from mos, i'll guess we'll just have to wait and see...

i don't think it's gonna be 100% "straight up", he already had shit like "Climb" and "Rock N Roll" on his 1st one and he always liked to sing occasionally...i just hope there's gonna be some dope hiphop and if he experiments nuthin wack comes out...but i'm glad if he's goin the creative route cuz puristic "real" hiphop ain't that rare, artists like Andre who really try sumthin different are harder to find
